Job Openings

The Richland Parish School Board is currently accepting applications for:

Assistant Principal / Principal Intern
for the 2018-2019 School Year

Applicant must have at minimum:

  • Valid and current Type A or Level 3 Louisiana teaching certificate
  • Valid Education Leader Level 1 or higher (i.e., principal) Louisiana certificate is preferred/ or enrollment in an approved program working towards earning Louisiana Educational Leader certification is required

Lead Instructional Coach
Applicant must have at minimum:

  • Valid and current Louisiana Teacher's Certificate
  • Two to three years of successful classroom teaching experience
  • Previous mid-level leader/facilitator experience (i.e., teacher leader) is preferred

Vocational Education Supervisor
Applicant must have at minimum:

  • Valid Type A or Level 3 Louisiana Teaching Certificate
  • Valid Education Leader Level 1 or higher (i.e., principal) Louisiana certificate preferred/ or enrollment in an approved program working towards earning Louisiana Educational Leader certification is required
  • Master's degree in education from a regionally accredited institution of higher education
  • Five years of successful professional experience, leadership experience in high school is preferred

Special Education Transition Facilitator
Applicant must have at minimum:

  • Valid and current Louisiana teaching certificate with Louisiana certification in special education
  • 5 years teaching children with disabilities
