Beginning Aug. 1st, register in person in the front office with Ms. Brandi. Please bring copies of all required documentation with you.
Required Documentation: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Shot Records, Parent Driver’s License, 3 Proofs of Residency, Custody Papers if applicable.
Please Note that if you are currently residing with another person, please bring a letter from that person whose name appears on the proofs of residency.
