<\/figure>I am extremely honored to have the opportunity to serve the Rayville Elementary School Community! I am excited and eager to work with every stakeholder as a partner in education to ensure the safety & academic success of the children of Rayville Elementary School.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Along with the teachers and staff, I wil<\/em>l <\/em>be an advocate for every child<\/em>. I will <\/em>work very hard to build partnerships <\/em>amongst <\/em>teachers, parents, stu<\/em>dents, & community stakeholders; <\/em>especially during these unprecedented times. We <\/em>have a well <\/em>thought out plan for reopening school with the<\/em> safety of all as our # 1 <\/em>priority! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n We will work heavily this year on the following initiatives: (c.) <\/em><\/strong>B<\/em><\/strong>uild positive relationships<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n (d.) <\/em><\/strong>U<\/em><\/strong>se data to drive instructional decisions<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n (e.) I<\/em><\/strong>mplement <\/em><\/strong>Tier 1 curriculum<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n (f.) Use<\/em><\/strong> technological devices as a tool<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As p<\/em>rincipal, it is important to me that every member of our RES family feels welcome to share in the mission & vision of our precious school!
