Pursuant to Act 103 of 2024 (formerly Senate Bill 81) and Louisiana Revised Statutes 17:351.1, the Richland Parish School Board has adopted the following instructional materials from the Louisiana Department of Education\u2019s approved Tier 1 curricula. These instructional resources are made available for parental review online to the extent permitted by law and licensing agreements, and are also accessible for in-person review at your child\u2019s school during established school hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to copyright protections, licensing agreements, and the presence of secure or proprietary test items within certain resources, some materials cannot be publicly posted or distributed online. However, the District can provide reasonable in-person access to all such materials upon request , consistent with state law and local board policy.
