Per R.S. 17:416:13, by no later than January 1, 2013, the governing authority of each public elementary and secondary school shall create a program to provide a minimum of 4 hours of training each year for all new employees, including bus drivers and 2 hours for returning employees, with respect to bullying. In an effort to comply with state law, the Richland Parish School Board Bullying Training Program has been created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
