DEPOSITORY OF FUNDS
All revenue received by the Richland Parish School District shall be deposited in the official depository banks. The bank fund accounts shall be approved annually by the School Board at the time the budget is adopted.
The selection of the official depository shall be made in accordance with statutory provisions.
All monies retained in school buildings shall be safeguarded in secure areas at all times. However, the School Board shall not assume responsibility for funds lost in a school. The School Board shall require that school funds be deposited on a daily basis.
