Item 6         The Richland Parish School Board recognized RES student, Kendall Nealon, as the Parish Elementary Student of the Year, MJHS, Anaston King, as the Parish Jr. High Student of the Year, and MHS, Ellie Thames, as the Parish High School Student of the Year.
