How to Design Questions and Task to Assess Student Thinking
This course is designed for new and experienced teachers to design and ask questions to assess student thinking. The major goal is to write rigorous test questions that will enable students to succeed on high stakes tests. It is expected that students will actively and thoughtfully respond to various prompts through the discussion board on Moodle, and that implementation of various activities will occur and the results documented.
