PROPERTY INSURANCE

It shall be the policy of the Richland Parish School Board that all persons renting or leasing School Board property or dwellings shall secure proper insurance.

In the case of renters of such property, a certificate of insurance shall be required from said renters verifying that all personal belongings are insured.  The certificate of insurance shall also state that the Board has been named as an additional insured on the tenant’s insurance policy.

Any tenant failing to submit the required certificate of insurance as stated above shall no longer be eligible to rent or lease School Board property or dwellings.
