REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
A Richland Parish School Board member who signs, executes, causes, authorizes, or contributes in any manner to the borrowing of money in excess of one half of the amount properly budgeted for current operation, or beyond the statutory limits and conditions may be fined and removed from office.
