Item 12      Dr. Ineichen moved, seconded by Rev. Cleveland to move into Executive Session at 8:08 pm.  Mrs. Jones moved, seconded by Dr. Ineichen to exit the Executive Session at 8:17 pm. A motion was made by Mrs. Jones, seconded by Dr. Ineichen to deny leave without pay request per FILE: GBRIA, General Leaves of Absence.

Item 13       Mr. Trisler moved, seconded by Mrs. Jones to move into Executive Session at 8:19pm. The Richland Parish School Board received information on pending litigations. Mrs. Jones moved, seconded by Mr. McKay to exit the Executive Session at 8:40 pm.
