Item 4         Mrs. Ogden moved, seconded by Dr. Ineichen that Mrs. Ogden will serve as chairperson of a special committee to study the development of policy pertaining to the use of social media with committee members being Mr. Trisler, Mr. Pruitt and Mrs. Rebecca Freeland.
