Item 11     Ms. Lewis moved, a subsidiary motion was made by Mr. Hough, seconded by Dr. Ineichen consider school mask mandate to be optional effective for summer 2021 Richland Learning Camp and Ready to Achieve! 2021-2022 School Operational Guidance;
