Item 3         Mr. Hough moved; seconded by Rev. Young to approve the consideration of the Finance Committee recommendations relative ESSERS II and III funding;

Item 4         Mr. Hough moved; seconded by Dr. Ineichen to consider a 5 day instructional week structure for the 2021-2022 School Calendar. There was a subsidiary motion made by Ms. Lewis; seconded by Mr. Chapman to consider the 4 day face-to-face/1 day remote instructional week structure at the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year and transition to 5 day based upon CDC requirements, in which, the board will revisit as it is deemed necessary.

Item 5        Ms. Lewis moved, seconded by Dr. Ineichen to consider a resolution providing for canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the special election held by school district No. 2 of the Parish of Richland, State of Louisiana, on Saturday, April 24, 2021;
