Item 3         Rev. Young moved, seconded by Ms. Lewis to consider and take action with respect to announcing that the Parish School Board of the Parish of Richland, State of Louisiana, plans to consider adopting a resolution ordering and calling a special election to be held in School District No. 1 of the Parish of Richland, State of Louisiana, to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds at its meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Parish School Board Office, 411 Foster Street, Rayville, LA;
