Item 3         Mr. Wilkins moved, seconded by Mr. Chapman to go into executive session at 5:03PM to discuss the Appeal of the Hearing Officer’s findings relative to an expulsion hearing of a student;

VOTE:  Yeas:   All       Nays:  None     Absent:  Mr. Kevin Eppinette, Mr. Billy Calvert, Mr. James Hough, Rev. Eugene Young, Jr.

Upon reconvening from the special session at 5:23PM, Dr. Ineichen moved to uphold the Hearing Officer’s findings. The motion was not seconded; motion failed. Based upon these findings, the student will be reinstated.
