Item 3        Mr. Hough moved, seconded by Ms. Copeland to go into executive session to consider the appeal of the Superintendent’s findings relative to an expulsion hearing of a student.

                  Upon reconvening into special session, Mr. Hough moved, seconded by Mr. Chapman to uphold the Superintendent’s findings relative to an expulsion of a student.

                        Nays:        Mr. Wilkins
