Item 3         Mr. Hough moved, seconded by Ms. Copeland to approve changing the place for the regular board meeting scheduled for March 13, 2018, from Board Room at 411 Foster Street, Rayville, LA to Richland Art Center, at 193 Hwy. 3048, Rayville, LA;
