Agenda Mr. Young moved, seconded by Mr. Eppinette to go into executive session to

Item 3         consider the appeal of the Superintendent’s findings relative to an expulsion hearing of a student.

                  VOTE:  Yeas:   All       Nays:  None     Absent:  Ms. Dove, Mr. Calvert

                  Upon reconvening into special session, Mr. Chapman moved, seconded by Ms. Lewis to approve and uphold the Superintendent’s findings relative to an expulsion of a student.
