Adrienne Breana Howard, Kaylin Howard, and Kevin Credit, Jr., v. Richland Parish School
Board, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Cathy Stockton, Georgia
Ineichen, Larry Wright, Sr., Samuel Hesser, Rayville High School, XYZ Duty Teachers,
Gail McClain as mother of Courtney McClain, Richland Career Center of Archibald, and
Amy Doe as mother of Lebaron Sledge, Number 41,459, Division A, 5th Judicial District
Court;

Mr. Guine moved, seconded by Mr. Calvert to adjourn the executive session and resume
the regular session meeting.

Mr. Barton moved, seconded by Mr. Farmer to accept the terms of settlement in the
case entitled Nakisha Credit and Kevin Credit, Sr., individually and on behalf of their minor
children, Adrienne Breana Howard, Kaylin Howard, and Kevin Credit, Jr., v. Richland
Parish School Board, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Cathy Stockton,
Georgia Ineichen, Larry Wright, Sr., Samuel Hesser, Rayville High School, XYZ Duty
Teachers,Gail McClain as mother of Courtney McClain, Richland Career Center of
