Item 7           the Mobile Dental Hygiene Unit which will become available from August 21 through

                    November 29, 2012.

Item 18          Item 5, #14, of the July 25, 2012 Special Board Meeting held at 4:30 p.m. from

                      Suspend extended sick leave for 2012-13 to Suspend extended sick leave for 2012-13

                      except those for medical necessity as a result of a catastrophic illness or injury per

                      ACT 788 of the 2012 Legislative Session;
