Item 3 changes: AMEND Item 7 to approve a resolution concerning the 21st Century grant; ADD Item 16 – Receive changes made to the 2012-13 Pupil Progression Plan; and ADD Item 17 – Consider approving a Resolution concerning the JAG grant.

Item 7 Sheldon Jones, Superintendent by his signature, to enter into 21st Century Community
Learning Center Program contractual obligations on behalf of the Richland Parish School
Board;
