Agenda Mr. Calvert moved, seconded by Mrs. Adams, to approve the amended agenda
Item 3 and to move Item 11 up to Item 4 and move Item 12 up to Item 5.

Agenda Mr. Calvert moved, seconded by Mr. Guine, to approve a resolution setting the
Item 11 hearing date of June 23-24, 2011, to hear the charges against Tony Guirlando.

Mr. Guirlando requested to go into executive session to discuss the charges against him but his request was denied by the board on the advice of their counsel.

Item 12 litigation strategy in that matter styled “Stefon Brooks o/b/o Fon Jayroeon Steward”
pending in the 5th District Court (unserved) and any action deemed necessary thereafter;
